Zeptepland can serve a variety of needs including, but not limited to, recording, mixing, photo & film shoots, lessons & classes, band rehearsals, and retreats at our beautiful outdoor space.

When you rent Zeptepland, you get access to the full-scale audio production facility, analog equipment, digital tools, in-house instruments, swimming pool, tiki bar, margarita machine, a plethora of lounging options & outdoor games, and more.

With incredibly affordable hourly and day rates, Zeptepland is ready to be a chameleon for you!

Rates

– $55 per hour for up to eight (8) hours in a 24 hour period.
– $440 per day. A day is considered eight (8) hours. This day rate only applies if booking eight (8)
total hours up front, otherwise hourly rate will apply.
– Overtime will be charged at $70 per hour
